Return Policy:

Textbooks may be returned or exchanged with your receipt  under the following conditions:

  • Student drops a course or withdraws from school. Your class schedule must be presented to the Bookstore showing the class has been dropped.
  • Course is canceled by the college.
  • Student bought the wrong book and wishes to exchange it for the correct book.

    All textbook returns must be made during the first ten days of the Fall and Spring Semesters, and the first five days of Summer Session.

    No receipt, no return or exchange

    Refunds will be allocated as follows:

    • Refund in orginal form of payment within the first ten days of semester and five days for summer session.  
    • When you pay for your merchandise with a check, you will not receive cash back for your return, a check will be mailed to you.
    • Full refunds on books purchased new if the books are in new condition, free of any markings or signs of wear; packages and CD’s must be unopened
    • Books bought “new” but marked, written in, or showing wear, will be treated as used books. We refund 80% of purchase price on such books.
    • Books bought “used” will be refunded at purchase price.
    • Packages and CD’s that have been opened are not returnable.

      The Bookstore reserves the sole right to determine whether a book is in new or used condition.

      When a student drops a class or withdraws from school after the ten day/five day period, they have the option of keeping the books or selling them at buyback.

      Defective books are returnable at any time during the semester with a receipt. Special orders, duplicated manuals, and reference books are not returnable unless defective.

      General merchandise and clothing can be returned, with receipt, within ten days of purchase. They must be unopened and unused.


  • Online Returns:

    Items purchased online from our website can be shipped back to the store for a refund under the following conditions

  • Student drops a course or withdraws from school. 
  • Course is canceled by the college.
  • Student bought the wrong book and wishes to exchange it for the correct book.
  • Items must be postmarked within the first ten days of the semester, five days for summer session.
  • The receipt or a copy of the packing slip is required. Credit will be applied to the credit card; shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Postage to return will be paid by the customer.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when purchased.

    The Bookstore reserves the right to determine the condition of the book.
