Summer Session Bookstore charging will be available May 20-31, 2019.

RCTC has a program which allows Financial Aid students with an award letter to charge the cost of their textbooks to their RCTC account. Textbooks and the shipping charges are the only items that can be charged.

If you choose to purchase your textbooks online with financial aid please fill out the Bookstore Charge form and return it to the Bookstore by email, fax, or mail prior to placing your online order.
Online orders using bookstore charge authorizations will end at 12:00 noon on May 31, 2019 to allow for processing time.

The Bookstore can not process the online textbook order without the bookstore charge authorization formIf there are other problems with your financial aid, the online textbook order will be delayed and you might not be able to charge the textbooks.

When ordering online and paying with financial aid, you will need to create a login profile on the Bookstore's website by clicking log in (top right corner) You will not be able to check out as a guest user.  Click Register Here, then select create a profile for browsing and shopping.  Fill in all the spaces with an asterik *  Then, on the check out page, you will need to check "Financial Aid" as the form of payment, and enter your Student ID number in the Account Number field.
